- Monthly account terms are available to established retailers only at the company’s discretion.
- For invoiced accounts, goods invoiced between the first day of the month, and the last day of the month are due for payment by the 30th of the month following.
- Orders are held if an account becomes overdue. VAT strictly nett.
- Orders are despatched by express carrier. Normal delivery is between 24 and 48 hours.
- Prices quoted exclude VAT.
- VAT – all sewing accessories, craft items, gifts and yarns are taxed at the standard rate. Books and some publications are zero-rated.
- Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of information, but no liability can be accepted for errors of fact or opinion. E&OE.
